You seem to have anger issues that possibly go beyond abusing your cat. Castrating him will not make him stop meowing. The cruelty in your words mekes our blood run cold. You must get this cat out of your home (and never adopt another animal) before you injure it. Take it to a shelter and tell them you don't want it. Don't let them tell you they don't have room, just leave it there. And please consider getting some anger management counselling.

Strongly suggest you give this animal to your local animal shelter. You have no business owning a cat.

Get kitty a new home.

ASAP

Purposely inflicting Pain on an animal is a criminal offence here...the fact that you suggest castrating this cat at home (which will kill the cat .....OBVIOUSLY) is a clear indicator you should not own one EVER.
