Your cat is probably lost in his new neighborhood. You need to call the animal control officer, reachable through your local police department. You can also call vets in your area, put up flyers on phone poles and in stores and also go out and look for him. It's best to do this at night with flashlights. Look under things like boats, cars, porches, decks, etc. Look in things like wood piles, piles in back yards, under bushes, etc. His eyes will shine in the flashlight. Call him softly and offer his favorite treats. Check with your new neighbors to see if someone may have taken him in. Good luck and let us know when you find him.
