Wet food does not have as much protein as dry and will rot their teeth if that composes their entire diet. They need to eat some kind of dry food also. A healthy alternative is MaxCat, available at pet stores. It has no by-products, artificial preservatives, flavors or colors like many grocery store brands. Mix it in little by little to what they are currently eating until the mixture is 3/4 dry and 1/4 wet. Feeding guidelines are on the bag per day, so you would times that amount by three for your pets. ^_^

Kibble does not keep your cats' teeth clean. The only thing that will do that is raw meat and bone or brushing their teeth yourself. Cats also do not NEED dry food/kibble.

If you want to feed a mix of kibble and canned, I recommend looking for a grain-free, by-product free food with no preservatives, colours or fillers. Grain IS a filler as it is NOT part of a cat's diet in the wild.

Friskies is an okay wet food, although it does contain both colour and grain, which are not needed whatsoever.

Check out for some great information on wet vs. kibble.
