We have a 2 year cat who needs a home. Our new place is tiny. He needs other cats and or a larger place to roam.

You can create a profile for him here on Catster and list him as "adoptable" so that people in your area can see him and contact you. Tabby is a pattern, not a breed. He is most likely half domestic long haired if the non-Maine Coon half is unknown. Good luck finding him a good home and please be careful about who you adopt him to. A local shelter or rescue may be able to help you with info on how to screen potential adopters to be sure he will be safe and have a good home.

Just because your place is "too tiny" is no reason to give your cat away. Would you rather have it confined in a cage at some shelter? Needless to say, it probably wouldn't be a no-kill shelter either. There are so many animals being abandoned these days due to the economy. It is really a shame that they are victims of this economic mess! I would really reconsider keeping your cat.
