When you log onto Catster, go to Account & click on that. Scroll down until you find the option Permanently delete this profile forever & click on that.

I am so sorry for your loss. However, if you had an account with Catster, your cat's picture would come up when you posted this question. It hasn't, so you may be unsubscribed. If you are still having issues, it's always been my experience that Catster Headquarters (HQ) is more than sympathetic to issues that arise with the website. At the bottom of this page should be a small "contact us" line that you can click on. I can almost guarantee you that within a few days of contacting them, you'll be unsubscribed for sure. Again, our sympathy for your loss.
