There are many reasons why a cat's eyes will change color and to list all the health issues here would cause you premature upset and worry. If you have noticed any changes of any kind when treating your baby for something as serious as disbetes, the veterinarian who prescribed this treatment should be your go-to person. He or she can examine your cat and discuss his prognosis with you and also answer any questions specific to your cat and his condition with you. Good luck and purrs!
