Have you put out flyers? food and water for the kitty? He may just be looking for his owner and is now lost. Put flyers in bus stops and at the local shops, notify local vet clinics. Check the SPCA regulary. Door knock and ask around in the area he was seen. Good luck with finding him. Also try these web sites

It is important that you get a proper search set up for this kitty.
Go to all the shelters, vets and rescue groups with a photo of the kitty, a physical description, any identifying information (microchips, tattoos, collars, id tags etc), and relevant medical information (is the cat vaccinated, desexed, any illnesses or injuries). Have the photo and information printed up on one page.
Make 'lost cat' posters, and put them up around your house, the kittys house, and where he was seen. Again, make sure you have your contact details on the poster.
Let the neighbours of the kitty's home know the situation, so they will know to act if they see the kitty. Make sure they have all your contact information, so they can get onto you straight away.
You can not simply wait for the cat to come to you. You need to take responsibility for finding what has happened to the cat. You should also look to informing the cat owner of the situation.
We hope you find him.

If you are truly looking for this cat i would reccomend spending all your spare time looking for him. Contact the real owner and tell them the truth. Maybe when they come home from vacation, they will help you look for him.

If you are the same person who posted last week about your lost cat and he still hasn't come back, I'm sorry to say this, but chances are slim that he will. If he's a pure Siamese, someone may have taken him in and want to keep him. You can check google for rescue organizations and shelters in your area, but you will have to get to them to check if they say they have a Siamese to see if it's him. You DO have to get out there and look and not wait for someone to email you. If the owner lives near you, go to their house and check behind things, under things and inside things in their yard. Sometimes it's easier to do this at night with a flashlight as cat's eyes glow in the dark. The chances of anyone being able to 'grab him" but the owner are also slim as he's probably terrified and will run away. Be honest with the owners. They will be the ones who can get him back if anyone can as he will probably come to them if they call. I wish you luck!
