Uh...got married??? Anyway, no, it's not normal. If he's not neutered, he is "marking" his territory with his urine. Since he's already started spraying, neutering won't cure it but it will cut down on it a lot. You need to clean up all the areas he marks or pees with a bleach solution or an enzymatic cleaner like Nature's Miracle. He may also have a bladder infection and no one could diagnose this other than his vet through a urine sample and then prescribe antibiotics for him.
