He does this to attract females and deter males. Its not a good smell and is very difficult to remove once its there. Its best to get him neutered prior to his balls dropping, to avoid this behavior. Fixing him will make him happier, less likely to roam & fight & will lessen the kitty population in the shelters!! FIX YOUR FURRY BABIES!! ;)
