She's grooming you! It's a sign of affection. My husband has a scruffy beard, and Randy sits on his chest many mornings and grooms his chin and cheeks. He usually purrs while he's doing it, too. It's so sweet!
One cause for concern would be if you use a face cream that contains essential oils or any other ingredients that may be toxic to cats. Be sure to check the labels of any products you leave on your face to make sure there's nothing that could be harmful to Blondy if she ingests it.

Elise is the only one of my cats who does this. She licks me to show that she is hungry. There may be a chance that she likes the saltiness of my skin. More to the point, in my mind, is that your cat is only two months old. At two months, a kitten still craves its mother. A responsible breeder keeps their kittens until they are at least three months old. Sorry, but it sounds like you got a sleazy breeder. Caveat emptor.
