Ma has an infection of her mammary gland.(her breast ) as painful as you can imagine would not describe her pain. Full of milk the pressure alone causes tenderness that even the slightest breeze would bring you to tears. The only relief is giving milk. But the pus and inflammation wolnt let milk flow and adds to the pressure. Keep Kitty on antibiotics, under a vets care and IN THE DARK. This will slow her milk production. Ask a breeders advise on other tips for mom. Yeah feed babies kitten milk substitute (esbilac?) Every 2 hours around the clock and unless your breeding Savannahs or Cornish Rex. Spay her. Cancer will be the next problem with her mammary glands
