My kitten just got spayed, and we have two other cats in the house, a male and a female, both previously fixed.

The male cat hates the kitten now, he hisses and makes a really guttural sound, and runs away. The female cat is fine with the kitten. Whats going on???

I hope you kept your kitten crated or locked up in a small room such as the bathroom after you got her home. Often after anesthesia and surgery, a cat is drowsy for a day or two. That cat also usually doesn't have her usual coordination and behaviors. Also she would have many strange scents from the vet's office on her, all of which would cause such a reaction from your other cat. Once your kitten is back to normal, things should calm down among your cats again.
