Without seeing her, it's almost impossible to even guess what you are seeing. The "bulges" could be the kittens. It could also be that she has an infection in her mammary glands. Is her stomach unusually hot, red and/or tender? If so, then it's an infection and she needs to go to the vet because if the infection get's bad enough, you face losing her AND the kittens. There is no home treatment for this as she needs to be on antibiotics prescribed for her by the vet. And, after the kittens are born, would you consider having her spayed? Thanks!
