My cornish rex started throwing up last night. He hasn't used the litter box, he tried nothing came out.
He is leaking urine while laying down. He had weight loss prior to this and we have been to a vet two weeks ago. All his bloodwork came back fine, no fip, cancer, liver or kidney issues. Even took a urinalysis and that was negetive. He started to make a comeback until last night. He hasn't had food or water since the afternoon and this was late evening. Now he does seem to be in pain, prior he hadn't been and I was just trying to make him comfortable.

I would get him back to vet ASAP, perhaps a different vet, and get some x-rays done. He may have an intestinal blockage.. He sounds very sick

I agree...get a new vet. Sounds like a blockage. Sometimes very hard to detect. You need xrays, possible barium treatment. My cat had a very large hairball blockage in his small intestine. Couldn't be seen on xray but symptoms sound the same. Could also be crystals blocking ureter. Cats have a very high pain tolerance...by the time they present it is getting serious. Good luck and keep us posted.
I totally agree with both Monster and our guest poster. It is crucial that you get him to a vet as soon as you can, even an emergency pet clinic. I don't think you will be able to make him comfortable as long as he's suffering like this. Please let us know how he is. Purrs!
