Did you know when you got the kitten that Suty doesn't like other cats? Kittens can be a real pain-in-the-you know where to older cats. Most tolerate the little ones and will teach or "correct" them, but there are some who don't. This is the time for a slow, careful introduction. You will have to separate the kitten from Suty in another room with a box, food and water. Visit the kitten as often as you can. Let the kitten out for an hour or so and put Suty in the room to investigate the smells, etc of the kitten. Do not leave the kitten alone with Suty. It's not the kitten's fault as they are like little kids and need to be taught with love and kindness and supervised. If Suty shows no improvement after being separated from the kitten, it might be the kindest thing possible to rehome the kitten for its own safety.
