The short answer is yes, you should be worried. Not eating, becoming anti-social and lethargic are three of the most important and obvious signs of a cat not feeling well. Because this is a web site and not a vet clinic, there's no way we can tell you what's wrong with him. You're going to need to at least call your vet for their advice. Hope he's feeling better fast!
