The vet will probably prescribe prescription food once diagnosing the problem. There is special gastro-sensitive vet food with unique single proteins available which is better for digestion. If your cat's illness is chronic, she will need to be on vet food (3x price regular cat food) for the rest of her years. ^_^ Trust that the vet will do what's right for your little friend. If you're not in tune with the answer, that's what second opinions are for.
