There are more reasons for not using the box to pee than just not being spayed (neutering is for males). She could have a bladder infection. Her box may not be clean enough for her and/or she may not like the litter or where it's at. Boxes need to be scooped at least once a day and be kept in a private location (mine are in a closet). If she has an infection, it hurts to pee and she thinks the box is causing it, so she pees someplace else. If she pees on a rug or on clothing or bedding, where she pees needs to be washed or cleaned (if a carpet) with an enzyme or oxy-based cleaner to rid the area of odor or she will return. She will also stop using the box if she has other health issues or is stressed out by something. If she's being teased or harassed by other pets or people, she'll react by not using her box. To help you figure it out, I'd suggest a trip back to, or at least a call to your vet. It won't go away on it's own until you find out WHY she's doing it and your vet can help.
