My cat is losing hair on the head and ankles area and skin turgor appears to be out of normal.
- She gave birth about 2 months ago. Hair losing began about a month ago or so.
- Her skin turgor seems a bit odd to me. Skin won't return to normal and it stays rippled for a while.
- I don't know if that could be possible, but one of the nipples seem atrophied and it looks like it fell off or something. Please help !!

It sounds like your cat may be dehydrated. While nursing, it might have been a good idea to have fed her kitten food for the extra calories. Please remember that we are not vets here and should not diagnose or suggest treatments for a cat who obviously needs the attention of a medical professional. Your cat may need a blood work-up to check for infection and you need to speak with her vet about the proper diet for her. While you're there, you might want to ask about having her spayed.
