MY CAT IS ABOUT 14 YEARS OLD , WHEN THE HOT WEATHER BEGAN THIS YEAR. HE STARTED BLEEDING FROM HIS NOSE. NOW ITS THE EYE
THE CAT SOUNDS LIKE HIS NOSE IS STOPPED UP. TODAY, THE RECTINAL IN HIS EYE IS SWOLLEN AND BLEEDING. THE CAT IS AN OUTDOOR CAT , HE GOES AND COMES WHEN HE WANTS TO. WHAT COULD THIS BE , AND R MY DOGS INSIDE, IN DANGER OF CATCHING SOMETHING . CAT HAS NOT SEEN A VET. DON'T KNOW IF I CAN GET HIM THERE.

I'm very sorry, but there is no way we can tell over a computer what's wrong with your cat. Since he's an outside cat, he may have been attacked. The bottom line is that he NEEDS to go to the vet and now. Perhaps you could enlist the aid of a friend or family member to help you get him to a vet, even if you need to borrow a humane trap and trap him. This doesn't sound like something that will clear up on its own.
