My cat has a wet, runny nose for the past few days. Any home remedies I can try before going to the vet?

My cat, which is an indoor cat, has had a wet, runny nose for the past few days. She does not have a cough and is not sneezing. She has no discharge from her eyes and her appetite has remained the same as always. She doesn't appear lethargic other than sleeping alot which is what she normally does. When people get colds they don't usually go to the doctor and would like to know if there are any home remedies I can try before having to take her to the vet. I also have another cat in the house who does not appear to have any of these symptoms.
