Unfortunately your question got cut off, but if this is a new lump you've never noticed before it's probably a good idea to ask your vet about it. There are some lumpy bits deep inside the throat you can feel if you really try- you might want to try feeling your other cats or a friend's cats to feel for comparison, but nothing big and firm that is free-floating or just under the skin. Particularly if she has had any changes in health or behavior lately- weight gain or loss, change in appetite, hyper activity or fatigue, even grooming habits- it could be a tumor or infection.
