Why didn't you get your cat fixed to start with then none of this would have happened? You certainly should have gotten all the kittens fixed before they were old enough to breed when they were around 3 to 4 months or so. If you can't afford to get these cats fixed, then you can't afford them period. Animals inbreed all the time so I think that the kittens should be ok if that's your question.

Oh my Lord, why did you let this happen? There are cheap spay neuter options out there--check them out and use them. If 25 dollars is too much for you, maybe you should reconsider keeping cats. Many moggies interbreed, and barring any Scottish Fold, Manx, or other genetic heritage that can kill if the cats are homozygous, you should be okay. Get your cats altered, please.

You've got to get them all fixed or they'll keep breeding and you'll end up with a ton of cats. Most SPCA's and Humane societies do low cost spay neuter programs so use one of those and keep the males / females separated until they are all fixed.

If they just recently mated spaying the mother will end the pregnancy but if she is too far gone or has already had the kittens the kittens should be OK and there's not much risk from inbreeding to their health.
