I couldn't read all of your question but I'm assuming you were going to ask if you should take your cat to the vet. You need to take him to the vet for an exam. Keep your kitty indoors where he is safe and he won't get into fights or get sick.
I couldn't read all of your question, but just based off what you were saying, you might want to take your kitty to the vet, your kitty could have maybe fractured it, or since it got in a fight maybe it got scratched.....???I don't know, the cause. but what i do know is you should take your cat to the vet because were arent vets and if it is something that is severe and you leave him/her like that, then that could have an effect on the cat for its entire life. And also if your cat is fighting and it is outside you nay want ot bring it inside, or eventually your going to have a really big vet bill from all of the wounds that your cat can get. If your kitty is inside and you have another cat try to keep the two seperated and also keep food, water, litter boxes, etc. seperated or it isnt going to turn out pretty.

You say he's limping a little which means he's putting weight on his leg. He's still running and playing, so he could have a sprain or a strained muscle which requires rest for a couple of days.
I would personally take my pet to the vet but a lot of people would choose to wait and see what happens. Check his leg for puncture wounds? These wounds can become infected quickly. Check his nails to make sure they are intact. A vet may be needed.
If the leg starts to swell or if he's unable to put weight on that leg it is time to see a vet.
