She absolutely must see a vet. That wound is probably infected by now; the infection can spread through her bloodstream and kill her. If you can't afford it, contact your local animal shelter to see what low-cost options are available. Also visit humanesociety.org/pets to access a list of organizations that can help.

I am sorry to hear this. First thing if you can is get your cat to the vet. If this is not possible, then you need to clean the wound with soap and water. Then put some peroxide on it,, keep it clean at all times. It sounds like he may have an abcess, as I stared in the start the vet is the best answer but I know this is not always possible. soak his wound two or three times a say with epsom salts in warm water.. it will help drain the wound.. try to wrap it.. but take the wrap off a few times a day to let the air to it, again do your best to get him to the vet he needs antibiotics and may have the wound lances and also I hope his shots are up to date especially his rabies. as you can not be sure about the other cats..
