My 12 week old kitten is lethargic and shivering. 3 days ago I treated her for fleas with Adams flea and tick mist...
She is very weak, but eats and drinks and goes to the toilet in her litter box. She has been like this for a couple of days. The vet only comes once a month (I live on a small remote Caribbean island).
She is a rescue cat, I had her from she was about two weeks old and had to hand raise her.
She doesn't have her vaccinations yet. She is inside most of the time (outside around an hour a day while I supervise, and only animal she has contact with is my other kitten (got it because two kittens are like none and one is like a thousand). My other kitten is not sick at all and doesn't understand why his friend doesn't want to play with him.
I gave her a bath (warm water) to get rid of the flea med.

It sounds like you have a very sick kitten on your hands. Manufacturers recommend not using flea preventative on kittens under 8 wks., however, since your kitten has not yet seen a vet, it's possible that she had underlying medical issues that were made worse by the flea preventative. Bathing her most likely did no good since the solution would already have entered her system. Without professional veterinary care, there isn't much you can do but wait it out. We send purrs for her recovery.
