Some cats just don't like to live with other cats. Make sure that Fifi is vetted and is healthy. Don't let the other cats pick on her. Make sure she has her own litter box and food dishes. While you are at the vet's ask them what you can do to help Fifi become more comfortable with you and the other four cats. It's possible that Fifi may need to be separated from the other cats in her own room for a while until she gets used to her new home.
