I got a new kitten about 6-8 weeks old and my older kitten/cat 8 months old. Well my older kitten trys and wants to play with my little one but the ltitle one just dosant want to play and hisses at her yet they sleep beside eachother with a little bit of distance what shouli do to get my young kitten to play with my older one??

You can try playing with both at the same time to get them to cooperate with each other. Get one of those feather teaser poles and play with both. You've got a really young kitten there. Usualy at 6 weeks a kitten is just in the process of weaning. Also, mama cats do teach their kittens to defend themselves, so it will take a while for baby to get used to big sis, especially if she is unusually active,persistent and lots bigger than baby. Give it time. Supervise the interactions between the two kitties. Praise them when they do get along in a quiet, happy voice. Let them develope their own play/living style within reason. You can't force a friendship between them, but you can supervise them as they form one.
Because your older kitten is so much bigger than the new one she's probably just a bit scared and thats why she's hissing. Its a good sign that they sleep togther already. If you just give it some time and watch that your bigger kitten doesn't get too rough the little one will settle down and start playing, especially as she starts to get a bit bigger and realises your other kitten just wants to play.
When I got Gogo and Jingo they were 9 weeks old and after a little while they loved to play chase with my 5 year old cat Xena even though she was about 5 times as big as they were.
I agree, the fact that they're sleeping together is a good sign. Just keep an eye on them, and if big sis is too rough on baby, you WILL know. My brother Julius (3 months when I got him) was so scared of my sister Binx (4 or 5 months at the time) at first, that she would chase him around the house and sometimes try to corner him. At that point I put her in her crate where Julius could sniff at her for a little while, just to let her know that I didn't like that behavior and to let her see how hesitant Julius was. After about a week, a truce was called and now we all sleep together, play together, and generally have a good time. :)
