is there a safe flea bath for kittens?

I have found yet more deserted kittens in my yard, they are covered in fleas!!I have made a vet apt for next week.They are about 2 or 3 months old.Is there a safe flea wash I can use in the meantime? (until thier apt)

Don't use flea shampoo. You can use Dawn dish washing soap to get them clean and then comb out the dead fleas.

By adding some apple cider vinegar in their water, most of the fleas will disappear
