If you're meaning actual peppermint like the plant then yes, providing that you make sure it doesn't have any pesticides or parasites on it, so give it a good wash first. it's closely related to catnip so she would probably enjoy it. Peppermint candy on the other hand probably isn't the best idea all that sugar is likely to mess with her blood sugar levels. And peppermint gum is definatly a no-no if she swallowed it, it could mess upher digerstive tract of choke her.

Yep! Peppermint is safe, just don't purposely feed it since there isn't any reason to (cats are carnivores anyways!) but your kitties might enjoy chewing it sometimes.
I think the actual peperment plant is safe for them but candies and gum are not OK. Most cats don't like the smell of mint anyway.

Catnip is also called "catmint" and if you crush the leaves, it does have a faint "minty" odor. As the other posters said, don't feed her peppermint candies or let her lick anything with peppermint oil on it, but if she's eating the leaves outside, it shouldn't hurt her. You can also plant wheatgrass, clover barley, etc. for her to chew on instead of the peppermint.
