Introducing different litters of kittens together

Both my girls normally get along fine as they are sisters, but when abbie had her kittens she had them upstairs, misty had hers a day later in the living room, all kittens are fine and mothers are brill with them, but I would like info about bringing them together.

Kittens should be fine co-mingling with supervised visitation. However, before you do this, I would have each group checked out by your vet. If one group has worms, and the other fleas, for example, they will contaminate each other and all will need to be treated, instead of just half. Is there a reason why your cats are not spayed, unless they are mousers in a barn? When they are old enough, if they are inside/outside or only inside, feed them a healthy kitten food for their 1st year such as MaxCat, found in better pet retail outlets. Please find the kittens good homes where they will spayed or neutered and not contribute to the cat overpopulation problem, thank you! ^_^
