You don't say how long you have had this kitten. Kittens are usually taught how to eat by their mommy cat, so if your kitten was taken away from mommy too soon, then he is relying on you to help him learn. Using a kitten bottle to mimic mommy's feeding might be a good way to start. If he doesn't like cow milk, check with your local vet or pet supply for kitten milk. As he gets used to the bottle, you can slowly add solid foods.

To use the litter box you need to show it to him. When he pees/poops somewhere other than the box, instead of disposing of the waste, put it in his litter box first & take him there. You don't need to show him the waste. He’ll find it by smell, which helps him to recognize his potty place. It may take a few times, but he'll soon learn this is the place to go. Please never yell at him when he is doing potty in the wrong place; he won't understand & may instead think that going potty is bad, which could create a new problem.

Love to you and your furry baby.

When we get a kitten, it's always a good idea to have a vet on board. We all know vets can be expensive, but they come in handy when you have problems like you're having. Your kitten could have an upset stomach from the cow's milk. Cats don't digest cow's milk very well. Go to the pet store and ask them for KMR, which is kitten milk replacer. She shouldn't still be nursing, but you might want to try also getting a kitten nursing bottle just to get some KMR into her. But, this should not be her only food. If she is 8 weeks old, she should be eating solid food. Mix some canned KITTEN wet food with some of the KMR you have mixed up and try feeding her off a spoon or your fingers. Don't force feed her. Since she is not eating and you aren't sure how to care for her, the most important thing for you to do is get her to a vet. Good luck!

Some times they may be to distracted to eat put her on a small room with food and leave her or put some soft food on your finger and let her lick it if not rub it on her mouth so she will lick it off for the taste but please make sure it's kitten food and kitten milk .. If she still will not eat please take her to the vet and get them to help
