i have a persian cat whose hair are forming big lumps and re unable to open and they are falling off in big,big lumps
help me ! PLEASE :'(

It sounds like you may just be referring to the hair becoming matted? Persians require regular brushing with a wire comb to prevent matting. If I don't brush mine weekly they will be a mess and some (especially Allie) need to be brushed around her neck area almost daily. I use small grooming scissors or a shaver to remove the mats that I can't brush out. However, if your cat is losing large amounts of hair or is showing bald areas, you need to make an appointment with the vet to be sure there isn't something more serious than a bad hair day going on.

Sounds like your last post was made by Persian owner who knows their stuff. Max says listen to them and seek further council from other long hair cat fanciers. Grooming can help bond you and your pet and in some breeds imperative to their health
