I have a 2 year old spayed female rescue cat who was abandoned in a house for 2 weeks. We have had her for about 8

months. When we don't give her undivided attention, she resorts to peeing, on furniture, on us, or anything lying on the floor. She has been to the vet. No urinary or bladder infections. We had a dog who passed away a couple months ago. Is it anxiety? Does she think she is going to be sent away? Don't know what to do, but this can't keep up! She is quite a little love bug. We hate the thought of having to give her up!

Panda Bear

Have you thought about letting her be an inside and outside cat with a cat door? Maybe peeing in the yard is a good answer? Is she missing your dog (acting depressed?) Perhaps getting her a new friend, canine or feline, would be just the trick for a cure? ^_^
