There are a lot of stages to this. You can put a page up for each kitty here on Catser but you also need to talk to local rescue groups in your area. Don't give away a cat for free that just attracts bunchers, dog baiters and other mean people. If you don't want to ask for an adoption fee then ask for a donation to a charity you support. Before adopting out a kitten if needs to see a vet to get tested for Leukemia and FIV and get its first FVRCPC shot at a minimum. If they are older you can also get them neutered and get their rabies shots. Don't adopt them out younger than 8 weeks if you can avoid it, the more time they spend with their mother when they are little the better. Also it's best if they are adopted together or into a home with another young cat who can be a playmate as kittens can get destructive when they are bored or lonely. After allergies, behavioral issues are the top reason cats are given up.
