It is normal for a sick cat to fall victim to the aggressive behavior of another cat, even a sibling. In the wild, an injured cat would go off by itself to either heal or die. This is a natural preservation instinct from your pet. The best thing to do is keep them separated when you are unable to provide supervision. If the aggressive one keeps attacking, spray him or her with a mixture of water and white cooking vinegar (harmless but they don't like it). Eventually, things should go back to normal, but that will not be until at least the sick one does not small like the vet's office! ^_^
