If he didn't cooperate during the bath, he could just be weirded out. Or, he could still be cold. Try wrapping him in a warm towel (put it in the dryer) and holding him for a while if he'll let you. Unless your cat has gotten really dirty, has fleas or was down in the coal mines all day, you really don't need to bathe him regularly. A good brushing will usually remove 99% of the dead fur and anything else there. Make sure you keep him warm and cuddled, and he'll be OK. If he starts sneezing, wheezing, develops a runny nose or eyes, call your vet right away.
