I found a kitten with a kink in his neck, his head is twisted to the right. Is he going to out grow it?

He is about a month old. He eats well when he can find the dish. He goes in circles sometimes, and falls down. He seems to be improving but we have only had it two days. We think he may have fallen from the storage area above the garage.

Please take him to the vet ASAP! He could have something broken, he could have a concussion, he could be having some neurological problem (the circling around). Even if you don't plan to keep him, you've rescued him, and you should at least make sure that he's going to be all right. He could be hurt more badly than you realize--cats are good at hiding pain. We hope he gets better soon, and will be purring for you!

Leila is absolutely right. This constitutes a medical emergency. If the kitten was born and living outdoors, he has become an expert at hiding any injury or pain because that would make him vulnerable to predators. If he's only a month old as you say, then he's probably not even weaned. You need to take him to your vet, or find a vet if you don't already have one, and have him x-rayed, tested and treated. A lot of vets will give you a break on their fee if you are a Good Samaritan who is rescuing an injured animal. You might also want to check to make sure there aren't MORE kittens/mama in the storage area.
