You need to get some KMR (kitten milk replacement) and a kitten bottle to feed him. He will need to be fed every few hours. Do not hold him like a human baby on his back to feed him with the bottle - let him lay on his stomach. You will also probably have to stimulate him to go to the bathroom. A warm, damp washrag gently rubbed on his belly/back end should stimulate him to go. I would call a vet too to have him examined and get more help with this baby.

As Mr. Fez says, your best bet with this baby is to take him to a vet's office and let them tell you how to care for him. It's a big job, and you may have to take him to work with you to feed him every few hours, but if he lives, you will have a lifelong companion who has eyes for no one but you.

First, take the kitten to a vet who can better determine the kitten's age. Obviously, it is quite young and will need kitten replacement formula which is sold in pet stores. Your vet is the best person to consult for advice. I have experience with a 4 week old kitten and they need to be fed quite often! It had me up during the night for a week or so and then it started eating dry kitten food with water in it. Please take the kitten to a veterinarian right away so the little baby doesn't become dehydrated or sick. Good luck to you and God bless you for rescuing this helpless little kitten. It will be well worth it!

you can buy "replacement" kitten milk. it comes in cans, or small "juice box" packs depending on the brand. you will need a small "kitten bottle" of which you you can buy too. you can maybe find these at walmart,or kmart, (or ask the nearest vet. the kitten will need to be fed every two/three hrs. + (and heres the gross part), you will need to wip the kittens private areas to "stimulate the kitten to urinate/ and have a bm", (often); (since thats what a mother cat does for her kittens that arent litter trained yet.) kittens are a lot of work, but worth it! good luck!
