I have another cat, and I have them both on a good quality cat food. Unfortunately, the new kitty keeps throwing it up. I've tried several different kinds, tried grain-free, etc. They're now on a limited ingredient food, which is making her vomit the least, but she's still doing it. Also, if I give her tuna fish or cooked chicken, she doesn't throw it up. How do I switch her system from people food to cat food??

Have you had your veterinarian check the cat out? she may have a specific allergy, or she may an intestinal issue such as irritable bowel disease from eating poor quality food. check out ibdkitties.net for good info. But again, a vet visit is very important.
