1st kitty is a 6 month old abyssinian kitten.
2nd kitty is an 8 yr old cat (small boned female) that weighs 12 pounds.
3rd kitty is an 8 yr old cat (large boned male) that weighs 14 pounds.

After switching from dry cat food, they all love the new wet canned food and will eat and eat. I really want the 2 overweight cats to lose weight.

Look at the calories on the can, if its the Evo cat and kitten it has 480 calories in it.
When I feed my cats this brand they share this can in one day. They both are 14lbs.
It will take some time to loose the weight, you dont want to do this too quickly. Shadow used to be 20lbs and it has taken over 2 yrs to get down to 14 lbs. Read this site on how to calculate how much food to give. Also your kitten can eat alot, he is still growing and needs the protein. After your kitty reaches about 8 months then you can start to feed the appropriate amount for a cat. Also make sure to have a good rotation of foods, yo may want to add in the mix some other high protein, low carb wet food such as Wellness grain free, and Natural Balance has one flavour that is free of grain "Chicken and Liver.
Hey you could even start adding in some premade ground Raw. Natures Variety is a popular one found in some pet stores in the freezer section.

Cats are supposed to need 20-30 calories per pound per day. I'd use 20 calories per pound for their ideal weights for your overweight adult cats. For the kitten let him eat as much as he likes and you may need to put him in a different room for 30 minutes to eat if needed.

So if that gives you say 180-250 calories for your adult cats you can check how many calories are in a can of Evo on their web site and feed them that.

If its a lot less than they are eating now you should reduce their food gradually. Also carefully monitor their weight and if they are losing more than about an ounce a week increase their food a little so they don't lose weight too fast as that can cause liver problems in cats.

The other thing you can try is to get them to exercise more, either by playing with them your self with a fishing pole toy, laser pointer etc or trying toys like Panic Mouse.
