How much water in ml. does a 6 week kitten need that is throwing up?

We live in Ecuador and got Boba at the local market yesterday. He was eating and drinking. Today he started throwing up his food. Boba won't eat or drink. He throws up 1 ml or water for every 3 ml I give him.

Please get Boba to a veterinarian immediately. He is very young and just like human babies, he will dehydrate very quickly if he keeps throwing up. This is a dangerous and life threatening situation for a young kitten. Do not give him any more water. Just get him to a vet ASAP! I pray he is going to be okay and recover. God Bless Boba.
