It would be about $1,000 to $2,000. But a vet school wouldn't charge as much I don't think. Try to go to a college and they will do it for a lower price than that. Just call around and see which one is the cheapest if your looking for a low price, too. I hope your kitty will be alright. Hope this helps!

Well... let's see
a doctor exam, an IV catheter, blood typing, the actual blood, the administration set for the blood, blood tests to make sure it's working (PCV's), hospitalization (usually more than 1 day), this is the bare minimum:
At mom's hospital this would cost about $1000,
Again bare minimum and for only 1 day of hospitalization. Some animals need more than 1 transfusion and need to stay for several days.
You need to also realize that you need diagnostics run as to determine WHY the transfusions are needed. This could be blood panels ($100-$150), ultrasound ($400-$500), or others.
