You should talk to your veterinarian. There are certain ages frames, weights, and health conditions to take into account with breeding. If you think she is thin (and 5.2 pounds sounds very underweight for a bengal), there could be something going on like an illness or infection.

You should not be breeding if you do not know how, and when. Leave this to the professional breeders.
There are already far too many unwanted cats in the world. Have your cats spayed and neutered!!!

5.2 pounds is tiny for a Bengal cat! I would suggest that you ask your veterinarian when the right time is to breed your cats. Although it makes me a little nervous that you don't know already. Leave breeding up to the professionals. There are already so many kittens in shelters.

I have just had my first litter of Maine Coons. The breeder of my cats acts as my mentor, and I meet other breeders weekly at cat shows. I am also in close contact with my vet. All these people have helped me with advice I couldn't get from the Internet or books. Breeding takes a great deal of physical, emotional, financial, and intellectual commitment. If you do not know the answer to your own question, or if you don't have a network of professionals to advise you, you are not ready to be a breeder. Either study up before you breed ("studying" includes becoming active in the cat show world, a problem with Bengals, which aren't recognized by certain cat registries, such as the CFA) , or give up the idea altogether. There's a very thin line between a responsible breeder and one who could be classified as a "backyard breeder."
