How do you make a cat gain weight?

I have a male sphynx who only wieghs 7lbs. His brother (biological) weighs 10 lbs. He is 1 1/2 years old

All animals have different body types. Maybe this is a good weight for his frame. If your vet doesn't feel he is too thin then I wouldn't be concerned.

If Hank is otherwise healthy--been tested and all that, and has no oral disease or dental issues that would prevent him from eating, then I wouldn't worry. My doc said that I'm a little on the light side for a Maine Coon, but then she also said that cats will weigh what they weigh and only Mother Nature can decide how much they will weigh or how big they'll get. My mom bought me some KMR (kitten milk replacement) and also some Catsip but actually, I just like wet food and a good quality kitten food. If you aren't still eating kitten food, Hank, maybe you should go back on it for a while if your human is really worried. But if everything else is normal and your vet says don't worry, then I wouldn't. My human dad weighs about 350 pounds and his twin brother weighs about 210!! ;-)
