HELP, My small black and white cat recently came back from the garden with a bad limp.

We quickly inspected it and found an open wound half way up her leg, it is slightly swolen and red, but quite small.

She has been progressively using her leg more the last few days (we hoped she would recover over the weekend), however it is still sensitive to her and she is licking it a lot.

Could it have been caused by a bad jump/fall? We know she likes to climb. Or possibly the thuggish cat from the neighboors house got into a fight with her? we had been frequently hearing strange distressed meows at night.

Cat's info
-Gender: Female
-Age: 4
-Neutered: Yes

Notes:
*She has come back from the garden with scratches/marks on her face (presumably from a fight) about a week before this incident.
*She lives with her twin sister who fairly similar and they get on fine
*She is quite a small cat, fairly slender

should I be concerned?

Any help will be appreciated

You should have your cat checked by the vet. She likely got bitten by another cat and probably has an abscess.
