Help! FIP diagnosed on 10 month old adorable kitten...I need suggestions on how to keep him as healthy as possible.
The vet has already given it up as fatal but I think I can healthy him up with super vitamins and other treatments...anyone know what to do now?
Also, will a liquid ibuprophen help with the inflamation and fever?

You have my most hearfelt sympathy. Of course there are false positives for this test and miracles do happen, but there is no cure for FIP. You sound a little annoyed with your vet and you are perfectly within your rights to go to another. I would not try home remedies, including ibuprofen. It is very easy to give a cat a toxic dose, especially if you are not consulting with your vet. There are medications for animals that help with fever and inflammation and are not toxic if given in the right dose and under supervision of a vet.
We are sending purrs and good thoughts your way.

Izzie is right, there is no treatment or cure for FIP. Vets have been studying this for a long time and have not found anything proven to help. Immune suppression drugs have shown to temporarily slow down the progression, but the outcome is still the same. I know this is very discouraging and that you don't want to give up on Prince Mojo. I also had a kitten that passed away from FIP and it devastated me. All you can do is make him as comfortable as possible and give him lots of love. I also agree that you shouldn't give anything without consulting your vet. If you are concerned about his comfort, ask your vet to provide you medication.

DO NOT GIVE IBUPROFEN IT IS TOXIC TO CATS AND CAN CAUSE DEATH IN ANY AMOUNT!!!!!!
If your cat was diagnosed with FIP there really isn't anything medically that can be done. It is a fatal disease and no amount of vitamins will make him healthy again. Your cat will continue to get sicker until it is time for him to wither be humanely euthanized or he dies. If you have other cats in your household they are at risk for contracting this diseases. Please have them tested and keep them confined from this cat.

Hello, I am so sorry to hear your cat has FIP. My sweet boy, Bailey was diagnosed last November and passed away on Decmber 4th. I tried to keep Bailey as healthy as possible for as long as I could before I felt pain/discomfort was imminent. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to treat this horrible virus. Love him and soothe him. Do not administer ibuprophen as this is toxic to cats. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your lovely kitten.
