Everywhere my cat climbs, there is hair and these little black dots of something that falls of him, what is that?

Little black dots sounds like flea dirt to me. Wipe up the dots with a damp paper towel. If dots turn into red spots, that's flea dirt, and your kitty has fleas. He and the house have to be treated.
