Welcome to Catster! Cleo has a very interesting face! I'd like to apologize for whatever adoption group you tried to adopt through from PetsMart. I used to do the adoptions for my group at our local PetsMart and I always called the people back, even if I knew they would not be a good candidate for adoption. It's just common courtesy. I would like to suggest that you visit the Cat Fancier's Association website at www.cfainc.org and compare photos of Cleo to their photos. Chances are that Cleo is not a purbred. Even if she were, you couldn't prove it without papers for her. I'd also like to respectfully suggest that you get a veterinarian on board for her to make sure she is up to date on all her vaccinations, exams and spayed. Whoever is sitting on the branches of her Family Tree, she is a really pretty kitty. Congrats on finding each other!
