Even if we were vets here, there is no way that we can diagnose and suggest treatment for a cat we've never seen and can't examine. We can't and shouldn't even "guess" because the truth of the matter is, if you took our "guess" for an answer, and don't take your kitty to the vet's, she could die. Unfortunately, your cat is exibiting three of the most serious symptoms of illness, lethargy, hiding and not eating. These don't get better or go away on their own. Your kitty needs to be examined in real time by her vet, diagnosed and treated. Good luck. Hope she feels better soon!
